What is the brightest paint chip?

I've searched the forum for this question^ and no luck. Sorry if there is a thread about this. (Just in case there is) So what is the brightest paint similar to neon?

I'm not that much help but the "Electric" colors such as "Electric Green" are pretty bright!

If you go to the premium 1970's Dodge Challenger, (i think,) you will find a lot of bright colors. I got a bright green to paint my Gallardo (with added kit) to make it look like a Superleggera.

A lot of the old premium Muscle cars have bright colors, so look surf around a bit.

Isotope Yellow from Lotus. It's actually a neon chartreuse.

If you mean the "brightest", then i would say when i take a look in my paint list, it's "Whitest White".
