What is the last car you purchased and why?

The last car I bought was a Renault Megan (old shape) because I didn't have one before.

If you're on a track that is smooth (Nurburgring is out, Le Sarthe is sketchy, Fuji is god), it will destroy even the Group C cars stock. It has no downforce (technically) so it always pays out high A-Spec points for races that often aren't that hard. It's honest too goodness overall top speed is lower (287.23 MPH vs. 307.59 MPH), but it handles better because of the way it's downforce works. It's always there (not just at high speeds) and isn't fussy like it is in the F-GT or the Minolta. You just need a flat track.
 
I bought a '92 Silvia Q I believe. 200 or so hp stock. I plan to do suspension, weight reduction and intake/exhaust. Its my new spec car. Bright red.

200hp would be a Silvia K's. The Q's has the naturally-aspirated SR20DE.

The last car I bought was a blue Fiat Super Panda i.e., for ****s and giggles. I tuned it up, slapped a silly spoiler on it, and checked out how fast it did the quarter, and what its top speed was. ~15.8 seconds, and ~225km/h. :lol:
 
Toyota Supra WOODONE because i didnt have any jgtc cars since i sold the Motul 350z and i was curious to see how it performed with a v8 compared to the 3sgte supras that i drove in gt3 (i know they are in gt4 but i dont own any of them).
 
The Honda Odyssey and the Renault Avantime to conduct a production van test to decipher whether or not which van is best.

The Odyssey sucked. Didn't handle worth a damn, and it was ugly.
Top speed 183mph.

The Avantime was a pleasant surprise. Handled well, looked alright -- lime green with a white spoiler. Top speed of 185. It out accelerated the odyssey and it has 10 less horses, too.

Lime green Avantime wins with an overall score of:

Avantime: 500,000

Odyssey: 2
 
Nicely done. It was earlier this morning, and I was tired. I'd go more in depth, but they're vans. And vans suck.
 
i bought i buncha 80's toyotas. Cuz my toyota collection was sad.

The Impreza I purchased displeased me. In a nutshell:

Whereas my Supra:

Me: XD

Maybe I should try a 350Z next...
 
I think I bought the powerhouse amuse Gt1 S2K. I read about it in a magazine so i wanted to see if it was as good as they said. By and by where is the orange Evo?
 
A green BMW 330i. Why? Because I was drunk.

My buddy kept telling me what a sweet ride it is and the next day when I tried it with all of my three senses in order I liked it, it truly is a remarkably stable and enoyable car, all I did was oil change, slap the M5 wheels on it and kill driving aids, gotta love the thing at the ring. Not to post times but just for the hell of it. Hate the color though. Before that a Caldina GT or something, again, outstanding duel with my bud against my HPA and he did not have his memory card on him, he kicked my arse though, same night I bought the bimmer, so I was not in a fully conscious state. before that a Caterham just to be bummed out because I can't race it against anything; a 99 two door Impreza dark gray, just because it looked cool, sweet ride, I use it to make easy money in Amalfi easy. Now I am saving to get a Pescarolo...
 
I bought a honda s2000, because I want to break into the 250mph range with a 4 cylinder. 246.4mph with about 5 minutes of baseline tuning. Its almost scary to watch that little roadster fly along with the top down. :nervous:
 
I bought 4 (Yes FOUR) Toyota Supras (2.5 twintubo R '90).

I've gotten four because I want one for a drag setup, one for a drift setup, one for top speed and one to keep stock :)

Funny, I just did the same thing with the G35.
 
After much tuning, the Impreza I've bought is now my frontline race car.

Bought an F-150 SVT Lightning, changed the oil, did the stage 2 weight reduction, and killed everyone.

...I still want a Z...
