well that would be the racing sports, but you can only adjust shock absorbers, so I would wait and by the Racing suspension.

Yup, you can buy all the suspensions for all the cars, pretty much. (discluding ones that come with adjustable ones already on them) Also, even if you don't actually tweak on the suspensions, any of them will tend to make the car handle better than not having them.. And welcome!
