In my opinion the 3 most beautiful cars are:

1- Alfa Romeo TZ2
2- Alfa Romeo 8C
3 Ford GT

Granted I only got as far as page 9 before I couldn't stand any more of this pish posh about Pagani Zondas and what not.
Admitted, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but still. In terms of shear beauty, only a couple of cars are worth mentioning, and it ain't Paganis and Skylines. Now don't get me wrong, i love both those cars, but not because they are beautiful, but because of the technology within.

Ferrari 330
Aston Marting DB9
Ferrari 512 BB
Maserati GT

These are cars you can look at from every angle and the beauty remains... Just my two cents anyway, I'm sure a lot of people won't agree

I really don't have any modern cars on the list, it seems like newer cars go more for an aggressive look rather than a beautiful look.

For me the AC/Shellby Cobra. What a piece of art! (Not sure if its MKIII/427 or 426)

If the Ferrari Dino was in GT5 I would go for that as I think it is better looking than most other Ferraris.

Seeing as the GT is popular, I'll post mine (though I have elsewhere) as it has turned out to be one of my personal favourites as well. Blue with white stripes of course.

My favourite overall? Honestly not sure, the GT is up there with the SV, NSX, 69 Camaro (not RM) and R32 GTR.
