What is the rarest car you have owned/seen?

BMW 330i oh I want this soo much, it's my car in real life. I saw it on my 1st day of GT5 and haven't seen it since, I've even seen the Bentley 8 Spped several times but never been in a position to afford it. Gutted!

Hi everyone,

I was just making this post to talk about the rarest cars that you have owned or seen so far in this game - as I think that this is a subject that is rather overlooked and that I am very interested in. I am also very interested to see pictures or even videos of some of the rare cars that you own.

Some rare cars that I have:

Subaru 22b
Toyota Corolla S.Shiengo
Supra RZ
2D race car
Ginneta G4 (Not sure about that one)
C-West Razo Silvia
Genki Hyper Silvia

Just some of the ones that I own. :)

As I said, feel free to post photos of your rare cars and I'm sure me and everyone else would like to see them. :)

Make an account with an '03 b-day ticket, you have a 1 in 95 chance of getting it 0/0, definitely a rare car.

Must be the Corvette C2 racecar, and the ZZ-II.

The 'Vette did not show up so far,1000+ days ingame, got it from a ticket, the ZZ-II showed up just once, and I just had to buy it.
 
Corvette C2 Racecar and the C5R. I've seen each 1 time. And, I didn't have enough to buy the C5R when it popped up.
 
The Honda NSX '97 or i - Concept. I'm almost done collecting all cars in the game. The NSX i've seen once and bought it, but the i-Concept i have never seen, and i have visited the ucd after every race for the past 2 and a half month.

I use to love the C5R in GT4 but it's not that good in this game, unfortunately.
 
Finally saw the Toyota Altezza touring car in my UCD the other day.

this. and the i've only seen the c5r once and didnt have enough for it now i got the dough but cant find the car been trying every method to get it to show up but no luck:tdown:
 
Rarest car is (of course) the one I've been looking for; I've seen it in the UCD ONCE, and once only. Audi R8 race car.

Do people really consider the Nomad Diablo rare? It seems like so many people have it, I even have one. It popped up in the UCD and I bought it not knowing it was apparently rare.
 
My rarest car is by far the Daihatsu OFC concept. I've never seen one person driving it.

I have never seen any of the Audi R8 LMS, any of the Pescarolos and the Peugeot 205 T16 EVO 2. I really miss the Peugeot.
 
Do any of you remember the Toyota MRTC?

that was kind of a cool car..
 
I saw the 2003 Bentley but it cost too much at the time compared to how much I had, and due to it being up in the Used Car Dealership so early after I got the game, my level wasn't high enough.
 
The most rare car for me was the Toyota RSC '01, as it was the last car I needed to get all the standard cars. Refreshed the UCD 30-40 times a day, but it would never show up. Finally I had to trade for it.
 
Here's a list of spotted but did not buy rare cars in the UCD because on low credits/level:
> Chaparral 2J and 2D (2J spotted at last friday, 2D spotted at around December)
> Gilet Vertigo Race Car
> Lister Storm V12 Race Car
> V12 LMR
> Various other but forgot Le Mans Prototypes

Here's a list of purchased rare cars from the UCD:

> Zonda LM
> S2000 LM
> McLaren F1 GTR
> Various Rally Cars
> Courage Judd Le Mans Prototype

I've been playing the game avidly since relase and have only just picked up the Jaguar XJ-9 from the UCD! :D

Saving my credits to snatch the 905 and Speed 8. I saw the 905 and Speed 8 before, but as I wrote previously, it was too early in the game for me.

It's a bit funny how I see some names listed here but in my game I've seen them quite a few times, just never really cared for buying them or didn't have the funds :P.
