I just bought the suzuki dirt car. And won 4 out of 5 online on the Nerburgh ring. Only getting beaten by a Minolta by 10 seconds. It overtakes lambo and ferrari while its off the track on the grass lol. With a top speed of only 190mph I can't believe I love it so much.
 
If by 2nd fastest you mean lap times then you are talking FGT, X1 being number 1

Veyron is fast in a straight line but the FGT will destroy it on the track with ease.
 
What is the top speed of the formula gt. ? I am talking mainly of lap times as its no point going 260 mph in the veyron when you smash it into the first corner or spin out. ? my dirt car would destroy it on most tracks. ?
 
Don't know the top speed of it to be honest. I have mine geared to do 230 at the rev limiter right now. Did have it geared to 235 before. It would hit the rev limiter geared at 235 so it will go faster but probably not a lot faster without being in a slip stream. It sticks big time though.

I ran it the other night on the Nurburgring and turned a 5:52 on my first try even though I had to work my way through the 6 cars in front of me and wrecked it twice, once bad enough that I had to back up and turn around to get back on the track.

It will smoke pretty much everything on any track with corners the tighter the track the more it will dominate.

It can reach 400+ with slipstream quite easily. However minus slipestream 370-380 is about top-end speed. It makes up for this in the corners though. I did a 5:50 on Nurburgring. Not impressive, I know but it was an average (By average I mean bad) as lap, and really scary! Especially the highspeed section in Sector 3. :scared:.

It is really quick in the corners due to it's immense downforce.
 
Okay il give you the formula gt. I'd like to see a drag race between the two though. ? Is this possible online. ? I'm really missing the 1000 meter test track from gt4.
 
The X1 is tops

2nd is somewhere between the FGT, the F2007 and the F10.

5th is probably the Veyron, but then again, the Minolta, Sauber, XJ9, or the Furai could be quicker.

I don't think it is a lame thread. Unless you read the question then see how many times the x1 was mentioned. The purpose of this thread was to mention the suzuki Escudo which was the fastest car from gt3 and Gt4 which doesn't get a mention on these threads. And to hear of some other unusual forgotten top end cars.
 
787b stealth with upgrades is very very quick, dont own FGT or any formula 1 cars yet but I know its faster than the minolta, furai and others.

I had mine geared to 276 I think?? at one time and hit 255 with it.
 
All the "Formula's" first probably, veyron is preety rubbish on the track so I wouldn't even consider it in top 20... LMP's < Formaula's < X2010's
 
I've had my FGT up to 262 i think while in slipstream of course... lower downforce on indy and you can get 35-36 second lap times with other correct settings
