Unfortunately Mazkid,the film makers decided to ruin the car chase by speeding up the film trying to make the cars look faster than they actually were.It's a pretty good car chase granted but nowhere near as good as The Italian Job's car chase.

The slowest car is definitley the PT Cruiser. It may beat the Mini on the straights, but on a tighter, more corner-demanding course, the Cruiser will forget which way it's arse is supposed to be pointing.
