It's called the TG1 and it's a bespoke supercar made by the same team that built their own Tumbler. Both specifically for 2013 Gumball 3000.

I don't think that's that TG1, the TG1 is team 73 and that car is team 14 (known as 感谢真&#20027. Also the TG1 looks like this:

The TG1? It's based off a GT-R, or rather it is a GT-R wearing a funny looking mask.

Found it!

It was built by Parker Bros. Concepts and is called the Incenerator. It was built for John Cena.

That is Jon Olsson's Rebellion R2K which from what I can gather is a custom-made Ultima GTR, he also had a Rebellion R1K a year or two ago for the event (I can't remember if he actually used it but I'm sure he planned to).
