What is this "Download vCard"

It is in Klostrophobics User Profile. When I click it it wants to download a .vcf file. What is this? I don't see it in any other profiles...

A "vCard" is like an electronic business card. You can learn more about them here. You can enable or disable the download of your vCard by going to "My GTPlanet" > "Edit Options" > "Allow vCard Download".

Where on Earth do you upload a vCard? Under Edit Options, I see the checkbox for Allow vCard Download, but I don't see any method of uploading one.
