What is "Tree'd"?

I see people put "Tree'd" at the of their sentences every now again. I don't have the slightest clue what this means, can someone help?

It's when someone beats the other to the punch to reply in a quick-post fashion.

Someone could be responding at the same time as me, lets say I got my post down first. They've been tree'd. Get it?
