What is up with the leaderboard for circuit experience?

Is there some kind of cheating/glitching going on or have I missed something here? The fastest full lap times on Mount Panorama are 8 seconds. The section times seem to be correct but the full lap times are completely bananas. :confused:

PD doesn't seem to care. It started just a few days after release, but they still haven't done anything to solve it.

Definitely glitching going on - they're using the pitlane glitch, which has been widely reported on the forum.
 
I thought the pitlane glitch had been fixed by blocking the pitlane with barriers... those things were not there last week before the glitch was widely reported. For sure, since I know about the glitch, the races I've entered have had the pitlane blocked.

Sure, the pitlanes are blocked now, but the times are still there. The leaderboards are still completely worthless.

Looks like Polyphony can't even block pit entries properly:



Sports mode, daily races, about 15 hours ago.

Absolutely shameful for a game with a focus on competitive play. Pure incompetence on Polyphony Digital's side.
