What is wrong with me!!!

i buy games like crazy, play them for a week or so leave them and come back to GT3, latest games i bought within a week where Total Immersion Racing, Devil May Cry, and Shox..........
What is going on here why am i doing this :mad: :irked:
 
because racing appeals to you and no 3d characters with rifles shooting zombies in world's that force you to jack your tv's brightness up can fill that void. and gt3 fills it well.
 
Umm you can't be bothered to finish things you start perhaps? I got Star Wars: Bounty Hunter for Christmas and I haven't touched it in awhile because its too hard so I don't bother with it. You aren't only one who does this.
 
everyone does that..... we play for the thrill because it's a new game, then it just gets discarded into a drawerr for who knows how long.. lol
 
Mate, it's because it's GT3 - the premier PS2 game on the market. No one blames you for doing what you do, it's just the GT3 influence.
 
Heh. I've got so many games i havent beaten (or played for more then 5 minutes, even) that i could stop buying games now, and have enough to last me for quite a while.

But where would the fun be in that?
 
That's why I only buy used games for the PSX.

And reason I haven't bought PS2/GT3 yet. I really feel I won't play anything else...
 
I don't buy games very often (too poor, too often). When I do, I get in and play them though. Except if they didn't live up to expectations (Mafia comes immediately to mind).
 
i buy games and beat them. then i go play GT3 until another game that i want comes out, then i go beat it, neglecting GT3. this process has been repeated for lots of video games: Zelda: A Link to the Past, MegaMan X, GT2...the list goes on.
...but Sony is letting me down! my birthday is coming up (the 26th :D), and i think i'm going to go for an XBox, because PS2 ust hasn't had anything really great out for a while. i mean, Halo 2 will be here in a few months, Sega GT 2002 (although you may cringe) isn't all that bad...and i played Splinter Cell Sunday - :eek:.


we need a support group.
 
i knew i could count on you, but we have a problem here:odd:
we have a guy who does not own a ps2 or gt3 and another guy who is a traitor who is mingeling with the enemy( x-box)
 
I keep going back to vice city these days.
 
I've tried out a couple other games, too. I only feel bad when it's a gift. I do just like RallyF1. Part of the problem is having to play for a certain minimum amount of time to be able to save. If I can't do that, which is a lot of the time (all the time now), there's no point so it just collects dust. And I'll also echo Talentless' comments. I have games where I know exactly where I am in them, and can remember when I used to care.
 
I got Metal Gear Solid 2 for PS2 over a year ago. I have leant it to some of my friends that play through the entire thing, but i only played about 15 minutes and ended up not saving.

Heh. I have thousands of dollars invested in the latest, greatest gaming gear and games. Much of my gaming time is spent with old arcade games emulated on my computer.

Quit cryin'. ;)

I find that if i don't play a game for awhile or something ten go back to it, it's like a new game! and i play my playstation every day. I just keep playing the same games over and over again. i think there's something wrong with ME! :D

i do the same thing. i bought the Getaway and am 50% done, but i keep going back to GT3. I own Vice City. I havent played any other games besides GT3 in like a month!
