It's not exactly epic or anything, but I'd say Twin Ring Motegi. Something about that track makes me feel funny inside haha.

In GT5 or any track? Of course I don't need to mention my favorite track but unfortunately it isn't available for the game, yet anyway.

In game I like Laguna Seca. Also always liked SSR5 (7 not so much). I like street courses like Madrid. Wish Long Beach was available. But if I had to choose, Seca.

I clearly remember the shape of the track but it's hard to remember the name.. It was on GT2 and you won a cerbera speed 12 everytime raced it.. I'm not exactly sure but I think it was called something like Red Rock Valley.

In game, it has to be the Ring Back in the older games though, I always loved the Tahiti road circuit. The tight streets and 180 degree bends at the end were awesome.

Outside of GT5 it is the San Marino ciruit.
My favorite GT track is Midfield raceway. God is miss that track!
