My bad, interpreted what you said wrongly but now get what you meant in your original post.I know that, that isn't what I said. I'm saying if he was following the splits board and only saw one or two fast people then he was following when the aliens were taking a week off. But really everyone in WRS is fast, we're just not all alien fast.
This has been a really interesting thread. To the OP, and anyone else described as 'alien', my advice would be to do whatever you can to get into a real car on a real race track. Is there club racing available where you are? For most of us, club racing would be a real expensive hobby, but anyone with real talent would get picked up by a sponsor quick.
If I was that good, I would be spending my free time at the nearest race track, taking classes and trying to get any ride I could on the track to get noticed.
This. The really really fast guys should try out racing for real. The ones who got to the finals of GT Academy should try and do it for real. It is really expensive though and I don't know but I guess not every fast driver in GT5 is super fit. Maybe people are waiting for another GT Academy as that is the cheapest way into motor racing and getting recognised straight away.
