What will be a usable set up for the fiat 500 trial mountain circuit ? Where can i find more speed ? Without going over the 65 hp mark. Or going under the weight limit of 1000 kgs.

Just add the close ratio transmission, clutch and height adjustable suspesion. The LSD might help out too but it's not really needed.

Drive it better. It may seem harsh but it can be done once the car meets the power and weight limits.

This had an oil change (with power limited to the 65bhp), and window weight reduction and nothing else.

i went for turbo and then used the power limiter, it helps with the torque

There is a post on this page, a few posts lower that has tunes for all the events. Look there first. If you cant beat it with the tunes. There is a nice bug you can use. Race the first race all the way till the end. Then restart without exiting to the menu. Then race again. You get the keep the extra HP from running the motor. Repeat till you can beat them.

It took me many attempts but I eventually figured out where I was loosing my speed.
There are few turns where you actually need the brakes. Most of the time I just able to let off the throttle before entering the turn. I only recall only tapping the brake 2 or 3 times on each lap.

There are plenty of setups available but I finally won the event using CCRacing's setup for the Fiat 500.

No setup in the world is going to win you the race. You need to learn the track and drive it virtually flawlessly.
