What should I do to unlock Goodwood FoS 5-level challenges?

Hello guys,

Here is my question: What should I do to unlock Goodwood FoS 5-level challenges (including Red Bull X2014)? I have completed National A challenges and I've got more than 100 stars. What's more, I've got all previous FoS challenges in gold.

So far after each level I received invitation from Lord March, but now I don't.
