What the hell happens with PSN?

Today I came back of my trip for us with my new gift card if PSN store.But,I couldn't use cause account manager server was under maintenance.
Ok,no worries.But I tried to go to PSN store and it is offline too!
This is being a little strange...
And then, I was going to create my 3rd acc at PSN it was offline TOO!
What the heck happened???
Edit:I looked at PSN Store website and nothing says about a maintenance
Edit:Now all PSN is over maintenance!And I can't log in!!
