A huge Rocket with truck wheels and smaller rockets on he side to turn it. 5 rockets are on the back.

The driver is strapped to the top of it as it reaches 300 Miles per hour on any straight section of road. Requires status of God to drive. It will also have fancy aerodyanmics to make it look like a giant Deltawing.

Cost: 20,000,001 Credits.

Just hope it will never exist loll... this cars ruins GT5 24 hours... and it's not supposed to be a simulator.... so a car that doesn't exist... the game lost credibility with those stupid cars..

It is.

If it is, i hope its mega hard to unlock.

Same here

It only helps me on 24Hrs races

No, it'll feature two fans (like a 2J), and a wing that is twice as wide as the car itself. Also hoping that the front will look like the DeltaWing:

If it does exist bob will be the only thing using it on my game. Rarely.

How does this make any sense at all? The X1 has nothing to do with the 24hr of anything. You won't even see it in a race unless you choose to drive it, so it clearly ruins nothing.

As the game is a simulator, fantasy cars make perfect sense. A simulator allows you to drive and experience vehicles that never had the chance to exist or that would be difficult to create in reality.

If GT's physics had been better, the X1 would have made an even bigger impact on the game. There's no other car that represents the very limit of race car design and it's unlikely that the limit will ever be reached in real life.

Also, I think there's already a topic for the next X1 on here.

Nissan DeltaWing - 600pp.

What i mean is that people take this car to drive only 16 hours on 24, they park the car when they have a big lead

I don't wanna know, 1 is more than enough nonesense

I don't think there should be any more X cars simply beacuse what the car is supposed to be. It's meant to be the fastest race car that can be possibly built. If they keep releasing improved versions then it's not the fastest car that can be built anymore.
But I still love it. It's an engineer's dream come true. :)

It will be an evolution of the x2011 obviously.

"What the X2012 Would be?"

Well, considering the X2011 is, essentially, a X2010 with a few minor changes; I can't imagine the X2012 will be 'radically different'. :)

It'll have no space for a driver. Instead, it'll have a camera mounted in the nose for forward vision (and others for rearward vision) relaying images to a screen in front of the driver's face, with a wheel mounted to a "feedback" rig, all in the garage.

Imagine that, forget GT-Academy's separate "real-world" stages, you could just waltz straight into it after a few laps in GT! :p

This has been happening since GT1, it's not because of the X1. The GT-One road car made every street car event trivial if it was used. The Suzuki Escudo in GT2 could enter nearly everything and nothing could come close to matching it. Any time you can enter something faster than the competition, this can happen. It's also not really a problem as people can race however they want.

The car is a huge what-if, I would like to see an updated version. Saying you hope it doesn't exist is harsh. I say open your mind up little more, I personally don't ever drive it the 2010 or 2011, but in it's own existance, the car is very interesting. I like the ideas surrounding it.

The X2012. Which would probably consist of big honking holes on each fender above each wheel, and big honking fins that line and connect to the rear spoiler, along with double-DRS, and a Platypus line front nose cone. ;)

Beyond the angle of the engineering marvel (if you are so inclined) the car is indeed fun to drive. My wife and youngest son immediately wanted to take it for a few laps at Indy. It is a riot... And good for the game on many levels imo.

Its simply futuristic, what-if, dream design, and application of said design on real world racing physics (or as close to real world as you can get). I'll bet anyone 1,000 Chromes and 6,000,000 Museum Cards (trying to get rid of them) that if Henry Ford, HF II, Mr. Ferrari, Mr. Shelby, etc etc etc would have had access to GT 5 when they were making remarkable race cars, they would have also toyed around with the idea of engineering a video game representation of cars that pushed the envelope, and driven them on screen.

Is it really that far from the idea of a "concept car?"

You can use the DLC version in that one?

I got WipeOut already on my ps3 so no need more x1's....

No the x2010.

I was referring to the DLC one,I have used the X10,mainly when drunk it must be said. And yeah B-Spec too gets it done way quicker.

i want the delta wing and more f1 cars from manufacturers other than ferrari.

Personally I would like a 2012 model Formula GT with possible sticker changes with paints of different manufacturers. If you paint it in any color of said maker, you get the color, some stripes, and the manufacturer logo. That is to say unless you dump Chrome Silver on it and paint the wheels orange, you won't get McLaren.

The X-car series needs to end if we don't get a premium Formula GT. They're fun cars to drive, but it's gonna get waay out of hand if dey keep releasing one each year.

Second Edit: If anything, PD need to release the X10 paint chip, which will convert any car into a car with some Red Bull decals on it.

^ M'am, I can't read your pink font.

Could the X2012 be any better without being ridiculously unrealistic or hard to handle? E.G. TOO fast. Not that either the X10 or X11 are realistic in any way.

Before they even think about that, PD should move onto simpler paint jobs like carrying on stripes from paint chips. Maybe it's just me who was dissapointed, but I kinda wish I could take the blue gts with white stripes from the newer SRT10 Viper to the old premium GTS.
