Those actually use to be fairly common back when developers liked to pretend that you could actually use SixAxis functionality for anything.
 
I wonder if it would be any good.
The only thing I've found the SixAxis to work with using any degree of accuracy is reloading in GTA IV. Otherwise, it is basically useless, particularly when most games that support using the SixAxis as a wheel also support Driving Force Pro protocol wheels anyways.

I found it quite useable for flower....
 
Sixaxis works very well in a lot of games, including Flower, Ghostbusters and all the Ratchet & Clank games.

It also serves as a steering wheel in Toy Home and Burnout Paradise but the problem comes when the wheel passes 90 degree turn. At that point gravity takes over and the motion sensing goes to full lock.
