What tickets are most likely to produce these cars?

BMW McLaren F1 GTR Race Car '97
Pescarolo-Courage - Judd GV5 Race Car '04

They are the only ones I'm missing that I won't be able to trade for, so I was wondering what tickets are most likely to produce them?

My guess would be 1997 and 2004 tickets, but are those available for people outside the US?
