What tires are Racing Intermediates comparable to?

Basically I own a set of Racing Softs but the B-Spec race well only allow Racings hards. I've got Sports Softs, but are the Intermediates any better? I realize they're resigned for semi-wet tracks, or tracks with changing conditions, but I'm curious.

In real life, intermediates are soft slicks with groves
Rains are super soft in compound.
Not sure how the physics deal with this in the game.
In theory, you should be able to do a lap or two on rains in the dry
before they start to chunk and destroy.
Should be able to do same amount of laps on intermediates as you would on
soft slicks.

In reality, the intermediates are use when the rain stop but the track is still wet. Or when the race start after the rain where the track is still wet.

It depends on the car, track and weather conditions.
Tracks that have good grip, you can use slicks.
Like I said, for the most part, intermediates are soft slicks with grooves.
If there are puddles on the race line, you would use them, if it's
not raining and warm, you would usually go with slicks.
