A spec 20
B Spec 30

I have done all the races i can on a spec(on my level), i have gotten bored with the special events or drivers license tests so i dont do those.

B spec is in the endurance races and those take forever

I mostly buy cars to play online and most those are only street cars.

I play the b spec dream car championship to earn 1 million then buy more street cars.

I have the x1, fgt, minolta and not really interested in multi million dollar race cars.

Just wanted to share :)

I got bored too. Now I've started again on my GTP account, gifted myself a GTR first, earned a million cr and jumped to level 14 in one race. Any cars I need I just gift to myself. Won't be long until I have the FGT.

keep racing online, or create tracks, or go to practice mode and set blazing fast times with a bunch of cars to see which is better. Mess with settings for one particular car and see how fast you can get it around a track.

somehow I am level 21 and still have plenty to do with specials, a-spec races and in the seasonal events I just completed 2 of the races. Doesn't get boring for me.

Create tracks & race. Try some of the cars you normally wouldn't.

More A Spec events needed. Like many others, the endurance is just too much without Bob's help, so these remain unfinished.

I think i will go buy NFS, (which I already owned and traded for GT5), while I wait for PD to throw us a bone.:grumpy:

Well without any repeating of events, im Level 27.
Ive got Gold in every event, and i have yet to complete the Historic Racing Cup. I also got Gold on all Seasonal Events apart from the Focus which i got Silver. Also ive completed the first Endurance event. Dont most the special events too, i think the rally one is the only one i havent done and i got Gold on all the others.
Im about 75% way through Level 27, so once i get to level 28 ill do endurance races which should get me to level 30, then i can do X1 challenge which should get me to level 33/34.

Dont know why people are having to repeat events so much.

Create your own test track then start purchasing random cars and build them to your satisfaction.

Wait, you don't have the 908? I'm collecting cars, tuning them just a little, with a small spoiler here and there, doing some paint jobs and collecting more cars. Of course premium only

"I don't want to do half of the content of the game and now I'm bored!"

I would say that the problem is in you, not in the game.

yeah i have been buying cars left and right but mostly street cars.

the online races i play i cant or wont use million dollar race cars so its no fun buying them and not driving them.

if i do drive these race cars (x1, fgt, minolta...) they overpower the competition so thats no fun either

Go online with your friends and have competitions of the following nature:

Best powerslide
Best doughtnut
Who can make the most smoke

My friends totally cussed me for this, now, every night, they are the ones asking me to join them online to burn rubber..

Fully tuned R35gtr on sports softs tyres makes a doughnut like a crop circle...

Plus it's very funny watching people trying this for the first time.

Childish...yes...immature... yes... fun... yes..

It helps break up the seriousness of grip driving and racing..

👍👍👍

yeah i do a lot of drag races online, i think thats the only thing keeping me interested

they should add some sort of online drag race either 1/4 mile or top speed run

considering so many people use tracks(ssr7, sarthe...) online just for this purpose

:)

I am lvl 32/35 still not bored. Have did all but the races I am not high enough to enter in A-Spec and all but the 24 hr B-Spec races.

How do you level up B spec? It's too annoying for me!
And that's why I can't complete Classical Racecars and some other events. Btw, if there's someone who have got spare Toyota 7 - PM me!

+1

You should try doing the thing you don't want to do(read: can't pass), it'll give you a since of accomplishment. You know, if you're into that type of thing.

I just lap every single car I have on suzuka for my personal power lap board, sometimes I go back to an old car when I think I improved my line, or try the effect of some modification, it will take me months to go through all the cars I have.

Delete and start over again.
When selecting cars in the dealership, shut your eyes and see what you get.

That's a good plan, i might try that, but probably keep all tuning standard.

You really shouldn't be getting bored at level 20. Try to get gold in those license tests and special events, even if you have to turn on the assists. And try to win the seasonal events too. Do all that and you'll get loads of XP, cash and cars.

I'm at level 25. I have the second bunch of seasonal events to do, four more license tests to gold, a few more special events left, a lot of A-Spec events left and many cars I want to collect. Its all good on my end. :)

Just RM a 69 Camaro and set the tranny to 169 (if I remember correctly). You'll shred those races and have a sweet classic race car

I don't know what to do in GT5 as well... Kinda sad after all those years of waiting.
Grind money and buy and (or) dupe cars... just to get more cars? I don't really like that idea (maybe i'll get myself a few x1's tho ), i have almost every car that i like already. Not big fan of online racing as well (too many of rams and just idiots... i'd rather play to some mmorpg if i'll want to play online).
And B-Spec of course... I can't even call this a game. Sitting and watching how "your driver" which is the same AI as the every one racing vs other AIs? Maybe some football managers' fans will like it and some hardcore GT fans will, but that's anything, but not a game, i don't even need to watch on the screen after i'll press "start race".
So i'm using that advice for a qute some time now:
play another game

WTB>300+ more events or option to play in B-spec mode, even tho they are the same events with 2x laps, i would play it 100%.

You know what my advice is? Take a break.

If you're getting bored, take a break and let your mind get off GT5 or even GT in general for a bit. Then, when you least expect it, ideas for another dream car, that perfect Photomode shot or a brand-new personal challenge will jump into your head.

Try the taxi challenge, it goes like this.

You will need a wheel and a six speed shifter.
Grab any low powered car a Mazda mx5 will do.

Drive one handed round the ring. Hold a cell phone, cup of coffee, yorkie bar or ring doughnut in the other hand for full effect.

Get your wife, child or parent to sit behind and make small talk too for further immersion.
Try to get round without crashing by using one hand. Use of knees on wheel whilst changing gear gives bonus points. Texting on the phone whilst driving is good practise too.
Tell your passengers that the 3 point turn is nesercary even though it's a straight road.

Above all, have fun.

The seasonal events have been pretty fun. But other than that I will just buy a random car and see how fast I can get it to go around the nurburgring. I was messing around with a Mclaren F1 for a few hours last night.
