Why is the digital version considered better? I'm getting GT6 soon and was planning on getting the disc version, but don't want to make this "mistake."
I don't consider the digital version better, I just hate myself for having to import the disc, which is taking forever to get here.

Buying gt6 instead of just putting the money towards an xbone and forza 5 to begin with. Now I have a ps3 game with a month of use, career already completed and no used exhange value to speak of. Gt6 is vastly incomplete and I doubt it ever will be, just like gt5. Fool me once...
Fooled me twice...
Won't happen again.
PD lost sony a ps4 sale.

not buying the GT6 soon enough. Missed the MB VGT glitch and a few seasonal events.

forgot to save money for a T500RS.

That answer is invalid as it doesn't pertain to anything you've actually done within the game. Try again.

Ok, then let me rephrase.

Everything. Because it was a waste of time that could have been spent playing forza.

-Buying cars then winning them later

-Buying X car, for one race, when I find out there is a car for a one-make race that could have done both races.

Expecting a better game experience than GT5. :ouch:

-The 'change' in physics is nice, but with constant-changes, "positive camber", no real tire physics (like Forza), and more, many cars come with a "?" whether PD got them right or not.
-The 'star-porn' is ok, but outside of space (or would that be 'inside', vacuum n' all ) I haven't really 'enjoyed' it or seen a true purpose for it in GT, maybe if they 'updated' SSR7/5 with a night-sky for cruising, I'd enjoy it (rather than the dull black they currently have.)
-Standards... Have they (PD/Sony) been living under a rock ?, these aren't of acceptable-quality anymore, new game needs new models.

And many more things I have issue with, I'm honestly considering putting GT down until the new Zahara track comes out, as that's all there is to look forward to atm, as there's been no mention of Senna-content, KW-Suspension testing equipment, actual 'quantum-leap' in DLC or any of the many other 'promises' made by PD.

Speaking of which, only 4 days left in January - crunch time PD, crunch time :mischievous:

My worst mistake was going 100+ races without a loss, and trying to keep it that way. I was worrying more about losing a race than I was having fun playing the game. Glad that's over!

Cheers

I did the same thing in GT3, wasn't fun. All my favorite races in GT6 have been ones that I lost initially because I picked a less competitive car, and then going back and winning with the same car after trying harder and driving better.

Doing the MB VGT Glitch. This has kind of killed the game for me

I bought all the usual race cars I use online, but now I find there is no point in completing the career mode as I don't really need the cash urgently.

Well said... that's pretty well how it has to be played to get the most fun. Who doesn't like the underdog anyways??? ;)

Cheers

In GT5 I blasted through most races with more car than needed and as a result did not have much fun.

In GT6 I have did about 90% of the races in a car that may or may not be able to win then went back and ran even weaker cars in many of them. Much more fun that way but I do have over 300 loses so far ;)

I remember in GT4 early on driving way over powered cars in some races but then I got started with the A-Spec hunting and trying to find a car that would offer 200 A-Spec points on each race. That became addictive and very challenging in many races. I really wish they still had something like this in the game.

I also liked the later A-Spec races they added to GT5 where you would get a bonus for using a weaker car. Made things much more interesting.

I never cared at all for live stats on games, I just ignore them. Like in Gran Turismo games, I finish the race no matter what because I get money out of it.

Buying a basic driving suit at first before knowing if I waited the other choices would allow me more colours.

I accidentally bought a standard Prius, for the Prius cup instead of a premium one. Since it was still early in the game and I was low on credits I didn't want to waste money on a second Prius that I would only use once.

Expecting consistent and more realistic off-course grip and grip loss.
