Bronze in monza with the dualshock 3 and thats all im doing.
I came to the conclusion that if i keep trying the others i would have a heart attack from all the stress.
I have to say tho when i bronzed monza it was the best rewarding feeling ive had from any game ive ever played
 
Gold on Nurburgring and Suzuka with G27, but it almost killed my wheel (or at least thats how I felt).

Gonna attempt to improve my silver at Monza sometime in the future (hate on the chicanes).
Just need to finish up the wet races at the AMG academy, which is killing me.
 
All Gold - Monza on a DFGT, Suzuka & Nurburgring on T500 RS

Monza: 15 minutes (if u played F1 2010/2011 on a wheel this is really easy)
Suzuka: an entire weekend (6hrs a day average)
Nurburgring: 2 days

About getting gold on DS3 - i dont believe any of it unless i see you drive it in front of my nose - no offense to anyone and no disrespect but i don't believe it untill i see it live :) - but still to the people who actually got it on a DS3 without glitching... respect

Are you "cutting" the chicanes or trying to take them as they were intended? My understanding is that Monza is the easiest because you can shortcut the chicanes.
 
Gold with DS3, took a long time and Nurburgring actually took me longer than Suzuka, I was very familiar with Suzuka's layout and racing lines but I had only raced on Nurburgring once before I attempted this event.

I found that it's made slightly easier if you try braking while still on about 30% throttle for the Suzuka S curves.
 
I've voted for Bronze (DS3). But... :D

...I've glitched my way to 3x Gold, because Nürburgring & Suzuka was unbeatable with a DS3 (at least for me).

You should note that only legit times count. According to your poll 11.32% of the DS3 players got 3x Gold.
I bet 10% of them are glitched. :lol:

I am cutting as supposed to, after the 2nd chicane on 1st lap im always ahead of the ghost car, but then when I come to the fast corners on the other side of the 1st chicane (left, right then left) and I always mess up... Big time!
 
Golded all with both wheel and DS3 :) (Although the DS3 one was extra special with no sensitivity option :D)!
 
I got bronze on Monza under the new times, not the old ones and the other two I can't bronze. Using the X1 gives me terrible motion sickness, after a few minutes. I have to turn the TV off because I'm going to wretch otherwise.

Ah you mean ascari, yeah that ones tricky, just got to cut in at the right time and the rest of the lap is fairly easy after that :)
 
After appx 200 attempts I'm still at -,-,- for the 3 tracks. Still trying though. I'm a Dad of 8 and do not get to sit for a extended period and i think that's my biggest draw back.

Yeah, well I won't be trying this until i've won the wet tests at the AMG academy and the 8C at Eiger and the rally event on special events.
Thats the only ones I need to get platinum. :yuck:

Well, the rallying I would say is definitely the easiest out of the three, and there are threads on the 8C challenge and youtube videos too, which help a lot. The vettel challenge is just learning to drive the X1
 
Bronze / Bronze / Unable to trophy
with the DS3 (using D-pad & buttons)

Haven't attempted to improve upon the Bronzes, only interested in passing the challenge as I've accepted I'll never get Gold (so no point with getting Silver either)
