What was your proudest moment in GT5?

Beating the GT-R time on Nordschiefe in arcade mode, had been trying since launch but only recently everything just 'clicked' :)

My proudest moment was winning the Nurburgring 4H race with an Aventador, I made sure the Lambo had similar PP amounts to the cars I was racing and it was such a good race. Kept losing the lead every three laps or so when I had to pit. But chasing down the Amuse was so much fun. I eventually won by a minute or so with completely knackered tyres.

But my other proudest moment was when I crossed the line at Indianapolis in the Supercar Festival to gain Level 40 at A-spec and picked up the Platinum trophy for GT5.

Gold at the Nordschleife.

Man, how I hated this track!
The "Green Hell" made me nervous, angry and frightened.

In GT4 I literally skipped all the races at the Nurburgring.
Only in the end when there was nothing else left to race I started to face my 'greatest fear'.
The day I golded the 'Ring, I felt really proud.

In order to never forget this moment I even posted it on youtube

since then any gold on the Ring makes me feel 'a racer'.

Regards
George

Mine has to be getting the X2010 for the first time in 2010.

Getting all 60 golds in the licence tests. Never managed it in any of the GT's before, boy did it feel good.

The rest is interesting, but that made me proud.

Mine would be when I finally get the Lister Storm then I would have every standard car.
That car seems to hate me, I think is the only standard racing car I don't have in GT5. Maybe I abused too much of it in GT4's Arcade Mode :)

I think my proudest moment was when I finally got all Le Mans prototype cars, the cars I love most!

My proudest moments are when I win a very competitive online race with clean, respectful, consistent driving. I especially love it when I lay back at the start and let the turn 1 massacre take everyone out, then I drive right through the disaster area while everyone struggles to recover. That is the most awesome feeling!

When my B-Spec driver (in the recently de-rated Peugeot 908) finally manages to pass a faster car (The 2005 Audi R8) without any coaching from me or "assistance" from the Vipers during the 24H Le Mans race.

Winning the Nurb Lamborghini seasonal. When I first started it I was running around 7:35 and managed to grind it down to eventually win it

You and me both.

Anyone ever seen the movie forgetting sarah marshal? When whats his face is sobbing and the the hot front desk chick calls him to ask if everythings alright and he blames it on the lady above him even though he's on the top floor?

May or may not have been me after beating that race.

*Edit only mine were sobs of joy.

I've had a few, but one of the best feelings for me was when I finally grasped drifting with the wheel. It gave me a great sense of accomplishment finally getting a few good drifts in after hours of toiling and experimentation.

Taking down wheel users with a ds3.. And then have them scream at there tvs cause they cant cacth me

Until I legitimately beat some people I recognize as being legitimately fast online, mine will surely remain:

Slowly overcoming a 3:30 deficit half-way through the 24 hours of Nürburgring race without resorting to grippier tires than the ones I just as slowly lost all that time with, then after taking a slim lead with under half an hour to go having to keep it together for one final lap to win after one last mistake that resulted in pitting simultaneously with the car I was racing against.

But of course, not much can compare with Superstylin's.
