I just got a stering wheel and i found out the ffb was to strong so i turned it down to 1 what else should i do to get use to the wheel.

remember to turn the wheel, don't let the wheel turn you--no matter how hard it tries. When the wheel succeeds in moving your hands the game will react badly.
might want to go back to gt4 for a bit--it's how I got used to my wheel. GT4 is a lot clearer/simpler with its feedback.

The only advice I can give you is practice :sly: Don't expect to get used to it in 1 night. Takes a couple of weeks to get used to. Remember we learn to crawl before we can walk 👍 Good luck

FFB in GT5P is pretty weak anyway, I find it hard to believe the default (5) setting would be too powerful for anyone..... but hey.

Perhaps your seating position isn't ideal. Do you have the wheel firmly attached to a desk or stand? Do you have the wheel a reasonable distance from your seat (i.e. around the same as you'd drive your car)? Are you holding the wheel with the correct grip? (right hand at 3 o'clock, left hand at 9 o'clock)?

simulation, power steering on and strength 6 for my DFGT.
simulation, power steering off and strength 8 for my G25. (although I haven't run the G25 with prologue since spec II)

Power steering is something a bit odd in prologue, at least on the DFGT. If you turn the wheel at a fast enough speed you suddenly feel less resistance to your movements so you can spin the wheel faster. Otherwise it doesn't seem to have any effects. It's handy for turning into sharp hairpins.
I don't think it's needed on the G25 because that has a little bit less resistance than the DFGT and doesn't really get in the way ever.

I have a GT Driving Force Pro, I have the settings on simulation, with power steering and the maximum force feedback it will allow(10). Its most important to have it in simulation mode.
