What Wheel should I get?

I have a small living room so I can't plug it into an outlet. Also I don't want to spend too much for one. Those are the only limitations.

Which wheel should I get?

You mean you can not plug it into electricity socket? I suggest you to get extension cable because all force feed back wheels use external power.

DFGT is a good starter wheel if you do not know what you want at first and do not need xbox 360 support.

Buy a used G25. They are quite cheap now.
