But to answer the OP play more GT5
 
Only a few more things to do on GT5 then hopefully the next NASCAR game coming out will be worth buying because the last one sure wasn't.
 
Gran Turismo isn't a game that needs to be completed. But even if it is completed it has endless replay value.
 
GT5 isn't a game you actually "finish"...

In my humble opinion, no GT or any racing game has a true end...

there are over 1000 cars in the game and i have only gotten ~15% of them. I think i still have a long way to go and i will probably be playing GT5 until GT6 comes out.
 
I have gold on all races in a spec except enduro and all golds in b spec except the 24 hour races. I think cause of the online community I won't stop playing it.
 
If GT6 isn't out by then, I'll probably try attacking the TT leaderboard. So far, I have only been doing them to get gold.

True but since I am a NASCAR fan I lean towards that game coming out and hopefully will be good this time. Even tho I love playing GT5, my heart lies with racing NASCAR cars and the tracks.
 
I play gt5 like if I had finished the game,I don't play A-SPEC,B-SPEC, the only thing I do is seasonal events just for the money.
I only pick a premium car,Have 182,only 'cause seasonal events,and do a lap or something in nurburgring or any other track just for the graphics.I sit 9 feet from my TV,It's HD,so I get nice graphics,(SD is bad),lights off in my room,totally dark,only the tv is the light,I get more focused.
I will play A-SPEC AND SPECIAL EVENTS & LICENSES,only when I get a G27 or DFGT,i will keep playing like that until my dying days on the dualshock 3

Yet so many people used to say that if you got all the cars quickly, the game would lose all value.

I also think that GT has unlimited replay value, but mainly due to online racing. However I haven't been playing it regularly for about 6 months. I was hoping for more improvements to the physics, but I guess I'll have to wait for GT6.

As for what I did afterward, Dark Souls and flight sims.
 
I guess I'd finally spend some time with my girlfriend... haven't seen her since about the 24th of November 2010...
 
probably just keep doing what im doing now, tuning and racing more cars in the same events I already golded. Always did this. I would just take a car from scratch and build it up to see how far I could take it and how fast it could get. That's part of the fun for me.

I just tell my gf it keeps me sane. Luckily she plays Wii,zelda and stuff like that. So she "gets it"
 
Keep updated on the latest Seasonal events. Focus on all the cars to be upgraded and modified (Respray, lowered, change wheels, spoiler etc) and mainly hosting online room on Nurburgring Norschliefe / change weather, no other track. This happens every time i put on GT5 :)
 
Since I updated the game to the latest version, I'm affraid that day will come soon.

I'll buy an Xbox and Forza 4 to keep me entertained and get the need for Gran Turismo again. Maybe I'll erase everything and start all over when that happens. But it'll need to be a looooong time.
 
I've put my PS3 on craigslist. If I can get the asking price, I'll sell it and wait. I'll then choose between the XBox720/Forza 5 and PS4/GT6. I should be able to sell for just about what I've paid for the system, games, accessories. I did the same thing with the PS2 just before the PS3 came out.

As far the game goes, I am to the point where I need to either get a wheel or sell as I've enjoyed it as much as I possibly can with the stick.
I've played enough and done "it all". I'm 4 Golds from Platinum (Vettel and 24 Hours of Nurb). I've legitimately used 3 different accounts and raced over a half million miles.

Time for someone else to enjoy it.

Of course, if they announce some kind of really great DLC within the week, I'll keep it for a little while longer.
 
Couldnt care less about 100%, online is where gt5 is at for me, without online i would play it a fraction of the time i do now, good clean racing with friends is what its all about for me
