No. This has been the case with nearly all racing games and i can live with it.

Doesnt look like they have this thing perfected yet.
While 800 cars without interior view is a step backwards...![]()
Curiousity question. Why not?
Looking at that vid of the G25... Anyone else find their DFGT slow? sorry to be abit off topic, just a quick question is all![]()
Not a step backwards, since we've never had a GT game with 800 cars with interior view.
Baically, the cockpit view should have...
1. 1:1 steering animations
2. Adjustable steering wheel angle (PC sims do this via the logitech profiler, GT5 needs some sort of similar option
3. Adjustable seat position and field of view like PC sims
4. Adjustable virtual HUD (ie. you can turn parts or all of the virtual HUD off)
I might have missed something![]()
The arms are everywhere which looks horrible. The latest GamesCom footage however is ridiculous as well. I think the animations are so stiff the wheel is barely even moving in the corners. Looks very arcadish in my opinion.anyway greater range of motion shown here, with hand over hand at 1:50
The hands cross over but then displace back to normal after a while. Don't know why they got rid of it for GT5, it looks ok to me.
What? Having the wheel only? That's why it should be an option.I use a wheel but wouldn't this look ridiculusly glitchy when using a controller for the n00bs![]()
Curiousity question. Why not?
Because to me it is unnatural to see two steering wheels and two sets of hands when driving a car... and for you?
GiGaß;4161950A 360 degree wheel animation will make cockpit driving more realistic.
That's fair enough, but is it really natural controlling a car on a small screen when sat in a room using replica controls? Just putting it all into context, it is just a game and I often fail to see what people expect.Because to me it is unnatural to see two steering wheels and two sets of hands when driving a car... and for you?
