Since the first seasonal events appeared I've been really enjoying my 'Vintage Red' Nissan GT-R '07.

It's by no means the fastest or most agile car I have. I added bodywork and improved the drivetrain and suspension (basically it's in the maximum condition allowed for the SSR5 event) and that's about it.

I'm also having great fun with the Mazda RX-7 GT-X (FC) 1990.

The seasonal events have made me drive a few cars I wouldn't have looked twice at otherwise, ad it's been surprisingly enjoyable.
 
it'd have to be the ZR1 RM.
it's not as fast as my 908 hdi fap around the track, but she'll destroy anything that isn't a Formula or Group C car.
 
Yeah I would also tip my hat to the ZR-1 RM.

TommyKaira ZZII is a brilliant car, after some suspension mods it simply TURNS, no understeer, no oversteer, no too much power, no not enough downforce- you get the right speed and it will take the perfect line.

Though, I noticed Standard cars can't have fully custom torque distribution- only each 5 points so like 25/75, 20/80. And I wish i could get it at that 78...

other than that

Nissan GT-R Spec-V, fully tuned, with 19/81 torque feels like an awesome RWD car without the annoying does of oversteer- just press the gas in middle of turn and it will slide while accelerating- pure awesomeness.

And *drumroll*

My VW Beetle 1100 for drifting, coz it's damn fun car!
 
I've just purchased it yesterday, but it might be the best car i have, the Mclaren F1. Such an exciting drive, force feedback is so good, cockpit visibility is perfect, the acceleration, etc..
Also i love my 370z, LFA and Lotus Esprit V8 '02.
All cars stock..
 
The Stealth SLS AMG is a beast!!
 
Toyota Supra RZ, 725hp monster....when setup right it can beat supercars with ease.
 
My dream car: The Dodge Viper. I´m very impressed with the ACR version. I never thought it was going to be that fast. On practice runs on my personal track, no car has come close to beat its best times. Cars like the 599, ZR1, F40, M5, SLS, SLR, etc. Only the McLaren F1 beats it... I simply love my Viper. I have both premium SRT´s, actually. The GTS unfortunatly does not have the correct engine sound, and that ruins the expirience, so again, my GTS will have to wait AGAIN ´till GT6...

My Amuse S2000 is by far my favourite car.
 
Race Car - 908, a beast to drive will spin the tires out of parabolica like its no ones business.

Road Car - Ferrari Enzo, no mods no nothing. Its an incredible car to drive, the way it handles is amazing for a super car, easily my favorite.

Honorable Mention - McLaren F1, Mp4-12c, 458, lol and many more I just love cars.
 
My favourite car by quite a margin is my fully tuned Caterham Seven Fireblade. It can be a hand-full on just about any track but that is what makes it so rewarding; beating cars with twice the horsepower in such a small car is incredibly satisfying! Most people simply don't expect it to shoot past them on the first corner after such a slow acceleration.

I love my 7, mine still have stock engine; but I'll have to say the McLaren F1 Stealth probably takes the top spot. Fast and challenging car to drive and it only cost 500 credit to fix.....:sly:
 
I have the best mix of fun and success with the McLaren F1 '94, Amuse S2000 R1 '04, and Honda NSX-R Prototype LM Road Car, with whatever varying levels of power is required by online rooms.

If I had to pick one of the three, I'd go with the S2000.
 
Outright speed: X2010 (X1)

Favourite: Mazda MX-5 Gen 1 '89
 
I like my 800 bhp fully tuned and tweaked stealth SLS AMG for road and stealth 787B for racing. Both for me, and Bob.

This is a nice topic btw and lots of interesting approaches on something quite down to personal taste.

For beating the hell of evething - MINOLTA or FGT

For some driving fun - ZR1 RM or M3 GTR Race Car

For some pain treatment - Countach LP400 in Historic Race Car events

X1 (X2010) just a few XPs away......

Mazda 787B (perfect balance for power, handling, braking and everything else)
Audi R8 TDI Stealth (Used to to win so many B-spec races)
ZR1 RMed (Cheap and use it to win lots of Expert and Extreme A-spec)
Furai (600+ HP for a car that weights only 500KG!?!?!?)
Honda Civic type R (EK) RMed (the best FF car in the world, period)

Tuner:

Mines Skyline GT-R 34 (IMO the best tuned GTR ever)
Any Honda S2000 tuned by AMUSE (they sure know their stuff...)

Stock:
BMW M3
Benz 150E Evo II
Toyota MR2
 
My best car to grind events with is probably the FGT.

Best car in terms pf driving... Probably my stock NSX-R. Changes on an almost daily basis, though.
 
I'm not a fan of the supercars or the race cars.

My faves are mildly powered cars with decent handling.

I like the Miata that was the 1st car I bought in the game. I like the 3000GT that I lightened up a bit. I like the '69 'Vette.

Though I can be swayed with some power on occasion. Though I don't really care for Porsches in general, I've had a love for the Yellowbird since I first saw it in a magazine back in the Mid 80's. It's a bitch, but I love driving it in the game.
 
The Veyron is so much fun as long as you don't have too many tight turns. The speed and grip is mind boggling.
The Minolta is a very good work horse. Fairly easy to control and great for Bob.
The FGT is scary. So quick, and so responsive. Too responsive. But so much fun.
The Furai is a mouse. Under powered, but if used right, can run with the big boys.
The Viper ACR is the coolest sounding car ever, and a rocket at that too.
The Nismo SuperLeggera is just one of the best all around packages in the game. Handles like a dream, and is quick too.
The RUFs are tail happy, feels like your on ice.

completely stock current generation Civic Type R. It is a hoot to throw around. An added bonus is that you can fit dirt and snow tires....so stick that in your Mclaren's tail pipe :p
