What's happened to the hotfix (1.15-2)?

You know, this hotfix had being installed via the in-game menu.

I've deleted the game data so I've to redownload all the updates.

The quistion is: how is that hotfix being installed now?
1. I have to download all the updates up to 1.16 (on the black screen) and download the 1.15-2 hotfix after that (in the game menu).
2. I just download all the updates up to 1.16 and there's no hotfix.

From what I understand, any hotfixes are included in the next full update so you don't have to have a million hotfixes.
 
Sounds plausible, but the last hotfix had a size about 500mb (due to vision gt video)

That means 1.16 contains that mazda with its video inside, but the size of the update is not that big, it's also 500mb or so

No - the last hotfix merely unlocked the Mazda LM55. It was already contained in 1.15.
 
I wasn't aware there was a hotfix.

PD isn't even aware of one as there isn't an entry for a hotfix on their site newer than December 24th.
