Whats the deal with dragging in A/T?

GHOST LAUNCH. It's so stupid, time launch is a lot easier and better. All you have to do is just look in the upper right hand corner and start on the number that someone says in the chat, but if you're using the ghost launch method YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHEN TO LAUNCH OR TO BE READY.

That's why it's better to use "tree/ghost" as it comes down to reaction time.. If I'm in a room and I've said "no time please" but people continue to do it I just jump on purpose... Seems childish but DILLIGAF :sly:

Numbers normally make for a jump, where as a tree truly tests a reaction time. I can lose by a car to numbers, but on a ghost(tree) i win by a car. How to be ready? REV YOUR ENGINE, WHEN HE GOES INVISABLE... guess what? You GO!
 
To all the people in here complaining about ghost launch and e-brake launch... just shut the Fawk Up already damn. To me its just like having your foot on clutch in real life. Bet most of you ain't even been down a real drag strips. Been racing weekly in real life for almost ten years now at my local drag strip and I ain't never seen anybody with a manual launching with foot on the damn brake. Auto...yes (I don't need to explain myself here...you have to be a kid or a total retard not to understand the mechanics of a real automatic vehicle). Even so, auto is what most real drag racers use. Quit crying like a bunch of little b!tchs. Why the hell am I even on this virtual drag forum anyways..oh yeah because their are nerds that ain't never been down the strip that think that know everything. Remember, ghost launch and e-brake is our clutch because not all of us has the G27. and if you really want to race... come to Sacramento Raceway.. I'll see there. Oh and don't forget to bring your X1...LOL. Sorry if I offend anybody..if you're offended than this message is probably for you. And I don't no everything about drag racing just because I do it weekly in real life, some of you guys are just plain ridiculous.

That said, I'm not sure I quite get your comparison, seeing as FWDs HAVE to be either ghost launched or launched off the foot brake... Making the brake effectively our clutch.
