I think people would've felt it was more value for money to get all three for $1
Well... technically... you CAN get all 3 of them for $1.

That's not EXACTLY true. There are noticeable differences in handling between the 3 cars.Is there a point to buy it? Not really since the Toyota offers the exact same thing (the Scion being LHD does make a difference) apart from some visual aspects obviously and a different wing option.

That's because GT XL was launched before other DLC's even existed.
And if you want to feel special, you should've bought the Collectors Edition.

I think if one were to complain about DLC costs, one should go look at how hard FPS players get shafted for their Battlefield/COD/ect and rethink their position on the whole thing. I have every piece of DLC but outside of maybe the speed test pack I dont feel like I would really miss out without having it.
I remember the first time I played a COD game online I would get kicked out of games every couple of map switches without buying all the map packs. Those games were made for DLC and to suck the money out of people. The other side to that is we do get far fewer DLC's released, which is mostly cosmetic stuff. I would take that over being forced to spend money on stuff I dont want in order to not have my gameplay restricted.
