Oh, and if by some chance she comes on to you do not freak out and reject her. I did this twice in high school. Man was I stupid.

:banghead:

You suck!

How dumb do you think YC is?

I have the same problems of what to talk about, really with anyone.

I talk to this girl on AIM sometimes, she's in 3 of my classes. I don't like her, not like that anywhy. She's just a nice girl that sometimes attempts to talk to me or say hi, and I notice that she tends to look in my direction in nearly every class, though that could be in self defense. ;)
Since I talk better when I'm not actually talking(like now), I've tried to talk to her several times on AIM, and she was a close freind of the girl I last liked and that big controversy(and she is in 2 of my classes). Outside of the controversy, I honestly can't talk to her about anything...I end up screwing it up. In Bio 2 days ago, we got a paper back that was maked oddly on everyone's, and she said "What's this 10/70?" and for some unknown reason to me, I laughed out loud. It wasn't a bad time to laugh, it was before class started. But she said "What's funny about that?" and I was screwed. I said "I...I got 0/70" and she's like "ohh...". So I was kinda disfunctioned for a while...there's been other times like that, and several times I tried to talk to her about it on IM, but I mess that up too.
It's like, unless I have a solid topic and reasoning, I'm screwed.

Which makes me pretty damn useless in conversations.

Eventually I'll be able to communicate with people in a practical way, but it seems every time I screw up now, I don't talk more.

And never assume a girl knows you like her. I tried, and it was a bad thing. That's another story...

Not dumb. Just inexperienced. This girl was using her foot in, ummm, interesting ways under a McDonalds booth. I totally freaked out and left. An hour later, when I realized what I'd done, I was practically crying :banghead: I was only 15 at the time.

^^^^^^^

Bah, that's nothing. I am not the type of popular person, but one night I received an annonymus call from one "fan" (female voice of course). I got so freaked out that I asked who was she and why was she calling me (reason was obvious). I cut the conversation and went outside. Then I realized what I've just done.

I suppose I can relate to that...

Biology class, next to a girl I was flirtateous with a few weeks already. I was trying to seriously pay attention -- but she decided she wanted leg sex -- "Can't you please sit still, or something?!" Followed by a frown.

I just turned 14...

See? So it's not just me. Boys are stupid.

Or worse. Just think of all the action that's slipped through your fingers. :( Man if I knew in high school what I know now... :trouble:

Yeah.... that happens everytime with me. It is like I am fighting a never-ending war against myself.

Nevers happened to me....

doubt it will any time soon.

I take that back, it happened last year. I thought I was talking to the girl I liked online, but it was just a scam by a girl at Parkway Central. Useless crap.

Ahh well.

The most important lesson that I have learned since I have been grown that I wish I knew in High School come from the words of a country song called "Some Girls Do"

"...I'm wild and a little crazy too. Some girls don't like boys like me. Oh, but some girls do."
If I had known that in High School, I would have asked SO many more girls out.
If the first girl you ask says no. Remember, she has friends.:D
