All I have to say about moving the teams is that long ago before many of you joined, a disscussion was held about all the teams popping up and how they were "messing" with the forum. From this discussion several drift teams actually started threads within the team forums (even project d did, i believe). However, monkey d, because of its new sucess, decided not to move, and the discussion died down. So the teams were split between the two forums. You might think its a great inconvienience to go to the other forum, but really all it is is being fair to the other teams, as well as putting it in a place where newbies will most likely end up (mods will point them there) when they search for a team. Not to mention its where it belongs.
Oh, and exhaust. As this thread obviously points to me as the "two year old" who has nothing better to do than make your life miserable, why would you have posted the following.

... why don't you go ahead and move this where it belongs bengee...
I now understand that you are probably speaking with sarcasm. But really man, what did you expect me to do. You asked for the thread to be moved. Your request made sense, so i did it. And by bringing it up (which you probably did becuase you thought it would make me upset that something i was invovled with was being moved out of the drifters forum-just a guess) you, ex note, have supported and actually initiated the move of gtpdc challenges and comps to the new gt3 comp forum. I would suggest that this is a good move, because here the drift challenges will be viewed by a wider audience, and open to a wider one as well. Some interesting drift versus grip will most likely come about, and we wont be secluded from the rest of the site.
That is really something i dont understand. There are those who are dirfters who want nothing to do with other people, and those who hate drifters who want to keep us confined. Really people, we aren't helping ourselves by allowing them to herd us away...
As a last thought, I have not tried to do anything to offend anybody, and i apoligize of i make anyone feel that this thread is going down the toilet. I myself have felt that way, for reasons quite opposite of those expressed above. I am not trying to overmoderate, and if you notice i have really only moved threads that obviously did not belong here, and only closed threads that were brought to my attention in one way or another. I know that teams who have been in the drifting forum for along time will have a hard time adjusting, and i know that people might be angry that the forum is changing, even if it is ever so slightly. And i think that it should be understood F.Z. that while their are those who are deeply unhappy and thus respond negative, those that are glad or fine with the change do not say anything. Even more so change will come harder to this forum, becuase it was really not moderated as most other forums were, and as a result the frequent members got used to a different atmoshpere. In my opinion this atmosphere had both good and negative effects, but as the forum grew the negative effects seemed to take hold. Once again i am not trying to overmoderate in any way, and i dont think i have. I think its good that this forum is a bit different than the other gtp forums (its good we express ourselves), but we can't ignore the need for organization and sturcture. We cant ignore everyone else, because what would be the point.
