Do you think it's better than Winamp? If, you do, why? I might think about switching.
Here's a quote from a forum I frequent:

"The problem is that people just tend to use what ever looks best without taking care of functionality and features in the same time being easy to use...so most people just use Winamp because it has a great interface with nice skins and it plays many formats without problems, so what do they need more? Other people, like me, are looking for customization features, they want the player to look how they want it without having a bloated interface and having the ability to customize it to their liking. Foobar looks much more organized if you spend enough time with it, but even without customizing it is as good as Winamp in aspect of functionality. The interface is another thing, everybody has another taste... I like Foobar and always try out new versions of Winamp, but I always go back to Foobar because with it I have the ability to choose what I want to have in the program (plugins etc.). Choosing between Foobar and Winamp is like choosing between design and funcionality..."

So basically, if you want pretty skins go with Winamp, but if you want complete control over the player, go with Foobar. Hell, you can even customize the program menus at the top...

If I were to switch to something new, I'd probably switch to dbPoweramp's music player. It supports every codec in existance, and still supports some skinning for those times when "stock" won't do.

I love the Classic skin, dunno why, it's makes me feel nostalgic...

I'm gonna get a Metal skin soon, I've seen a few.

Oh, you're already far ahead of me. A few days ago I went and deleted every skin that wasnt classic except for like 2 or 3. So that leaves me with 51MB and a little over 1000 files in the folder.

My current favorite skin. 👍 It's called Techno.

ITR, this is completely up to you, but would you be interested in joining forces for a quick bit, just to catch you and I up to speed. I'd love to see what you got and well... here's my list now:

I downloaded MMD the moment I got Winamp, and I've been using ever since. I like Foobar better in most cases though.
