Mine would be CEO of a technology giant (Sony, Panasonic etc). Although, working at Polyphony Digital would be very interesting.

What's yours?

I wouldn't exactly consider either of these "dream" jobs as one or the other is going to happen, but either the owner/CEO of a custom PC business, or automotive manufacturer.

1) Racecar driver, like Manuel Fangio.
2) Car manufacturer, like Horacio Pagani.
3) The last, most realistic one: working at General Pacheco for the Ford Motor Company of Argentina, like my father.

My absolute dream job would be the stig or a nurburgring taxi driver. Really anything that allows me to drive/beat the tar out of fun cars.
My realistic dream job is to be a firefighter.

My original dream job was to be a mechanical engineer, but I lost interest in that.

Now my dream job would be a mechanic for a really high end racing team, or an owner/worker (couldn't think of a better title for someone who does everything sans paint on the car) at my own classic car shop.

1.) Racing cars, possibly V8 Supercars but maybe even tuned cars, track racing.
2.) I can be a pilot if I want to and if I try to (I go to Aviation High Australia :p).
3.) Engineer working on cars or planes.

Archaeologist that studies ancient Norse sites throughout Scandinavia, if I could get into that I would be pretty content. Either that or a travel writer like Bill Bryson.

Hmm, my dream job would probably be to have my own aircraft company and possibly operate my own small car company/tuning shop on the side.

Racing driver. Stock cars, Open wheelers, Sports cars, Drag cars, Dakar, you name it, so long as it has wheels, I'd love to be paid to drive it. :D!!!

Tuning company for any kind of race vehicles, or just general maintenance and tuning.

Be a test driver for any kind of auto review magazine/website.

1. A car company manager. I need a hell of a lot of money, and a great education if I'm to be churning out 1800 HP 3000 Lb monsters, and it's the path I have my eyes set straight on.

2. Race car driver. Perhaps not open wheelers, but definitely touring cars, or even better, rallying or Dakar. I don't know why i don't care much for the open wheelers, I just don't.

3. Vehicle engineer. If I can't run the company, I'd like to be the one tweaking and testing the cars. Maybe even have a tuning company.

4. Magazine writer. For cars. I'd be the person writing about how sublime the GT-R handles, or how awesome the pick-up on the ZR1 is. I also have a natural knack for writing, so I'd be able to make it work.

And thus. I have my eyes firmly set on the auto industry, and for me, there is no other path. One of these days, you will see me in the industry, and one of these days you will see "The world's fastest production car" tearing down the street with a GTP logo in the window.

I always wonder what it must be like to be a yokozuna. That would be a cool job/lifestyle to experience.

Otherwise, I just want to be like Jim Rogers.
