It is definetly worth it. I think the elise would also be a good candidate for best convetible. I can't think of any other good convertables.

As a standard car, the Ruf 3400s or the TVR. The Cobra is good but with the 4 speed gearbox it maxes out too quickly, the S2000 isn't bad but just doesn't have enough grunt.

I forgot the Elise is convirtible. I think the S2000 Type-V is fun to drive because of its loooonnngg rev range and remarkable balance. It would be even better if it had a little bit more power, especially when it would easily be able to handle it.

I can't believe no one has mentioned the Vauxhall VX220!

For me it's either the Elise, VX220 or the 3400s. Stock I'd take the 3400S, but maxed HP, weight reduction and with sports brakes - nothing can much the fun of the Elise or the VX220.

Final Verict: VX220.

Purchase Car - UK - Lotus - Elise 190.
Purchase Car - UK - Vauxhall VX220 (or, if you're in a none-English-PAL game, Purchase Car - Germany - Opel - Speedster. They're identical cars).

I'm in Canada, eh, i don't have those cars in converible option
I'm gonna file a complaint :grumpy: identical?? :irked:

The convertibles that are the best performers in GT3 are.... the F1 cars...

OK, this one was too easy.

By the way, a lot of people are talking about convertible cars in GT4 and let's just not assume that you will be able to drive all of them top down. I saw a pic of a peugeot 206CC (convertible version of the 206) and the top was up.
