To begin with.HAPPY NEW YEARS!

We've all heard about everyones new years resolutions and what not.. although I haven't seen anyone's GT5 New Years Resolution, I think mine is to learn how to tune cars better then I can now (which wouldn't be hard considering the cars I tune Turn like a Bus..) What is everyone else hoping to accomplish In the Virtual Racing world this year?

I hope to win my 1st GTP online GT5 championship in 2 weeks time (Lotus Elise World Tour. I am currently leading on points), and then follow it up in any other championship I enter this year. :D

And yeah, happy new year :D

My wish is to Reach lvl 40 A-spec and to tune drag cars.
 
Finish every endurance race, get gold on every liscense, beat Sebastian God Damn Mother ****ing Vettel & Complete all the special events. Also, buy an X1 in every color possible.
 
Well, my GT resolution is to make my garage hit 450.I'm still at about 200 right now. Oh and Happy New Year.
 
Mine is to finish the last 3 endo races.

More "retro grinding" for credits: get the old X2010 out and complete the Dreamcar cup.
(Though my heart is still pounding round La Sarthe in an Enzo:rolleyes:)

Complete Nurbie 24hr in either the Bentley Speed 8 or the Jag XJR9.

awh, you must have missed the X1 give away that PD did, when Vettle won the championship we all got free X1's it added to my 9 X1 Strong Collection

I was lucky to find that car, Unfortunately it doesn't attract as much attention online as I thought it would... Not to many people really realize the Year difference, I like the Slightly more "Concepty" Looks it has. 👍
 
People make resolutions about video games? Really?
 
To get the 1000 cars trophy - got about 900 so far - and drive them all!
 
I think I might start Collecting every car as well
 
this year i'm gonna try to make it in the top 20 @ online drift event. only made the top 50 this year ( 42 ) and i will also try something else, tuning cars for drag racing. idk how that works out but i will see :D
 
I'd like to make Platinum before years end! At the very least, and perhaps more realistic, I would be satisfied with finishing the Special Events and Licenses.

My resolution is to try and work in more of my other games. ;) GT5 is freaky cool and all, but I really should vary my diet just a scouche, or I might get too used to all this awesome work Kaz and the team made for us.

I do need to work on those golds, finish A- and B-Spec Modes, and I should try to find some online races hosted by the cool folk here. Might even see if I can set aside some time for a league membership at some point.

Also, be a little more diplomatic around here, and throw pillows instead of shooting bottle rockets. By the way, maybe these two New Year threads should be merged. ;)

To hold off from spending credits long enough to be able to save up for the 330 P4. Unless I blow it on the Miura first...

Well to learn how to save fuel efficiently in Nascar racing.

I just completed the licenses a couple days ago, and would love to complete the special events this year.

Also, I heard they implemented saves for the endurance races, so I'll probably finish those.

Mostly, I'm just going to keep driving.
 
My wife's new years resolution is to stop me playing GT5 so much.

Although I don't think it will last that long.....

This and the Le Mans 24 hour.
 
Finishing the last couple of Special Events and complete all A-spec races. Should be doable, I think.
