Wheather changeability, what's that thing?

Hi guys, I was wondering, how does the wheather changeability work? I mean, I know is the fast that the weather changes, but, if is 10 it changes every 10min? or if is 5 it changes every 15min? Does somebody know?

No. 10 changeability means it is 10 times more likely to change than 1 (which is pretty much never). Its not time based. Higher number = more random weather.

Max changeability just means it's sure that weather is going to change (100%).

Such a pity it hasnt got a scotland setting which would be beyond 100%
