Wheel custom upgrades?

So, i have a G27 now (A friend of mine gave me his, he had no use for it), in addition to my Driving force pro that i picked up for $30. So, are there any common DIY upgrades that can be done? Like a nice template for some longer paddles on the DFP, how about tape for the top of the wheel? Or just, you know, home-made stuff that helps. Inverted pedals? How do i do that?

You can upgrade the paddles, boss kit for aftermarket steering wheel.

Reverse pedals etc...
