Wheel Painting Question

Does anyone know which wheel(s) can be painted on the outer rim where it meets the tyre only?

In the livery editor pick a car and go to the custom wheels section. Pick a wheel and paint it the color you want. Now scroll through the wheels and you can view them on your car in that color. Some will paint the whole wheel while others will only paint certain sections.

Does anyone know which wheel(s) can be painted on the outer rim where it meets the tyre only?

I'm not aware of any really, perhaps that off-road style one with the bead lock but I haven't bought it to confirm.
