I do like that the wheel's buttons light up. Very useful in a darkened room. How's the Titan handling the increased FFB?

Looking at your screen @Scaff, I'd say you could do with a few more racing games, you don't seem to have many. 😀
I've not heard of Delta Force, is that some sort of off-road title? 😉

Titan's rock solid with it, honestly think it could handle anything you could throw at it, and for me looks better than a profile rig.

And that's just the ones installed.

It's definitely got loose surface roads...

Congrats, and welcome to the DD club! :D I switched to the La Prima (12nm) myself a year or so ago. I've never actually set it to anywhere near 12nm, but it's nice to have a bit of headroom as you say.
Nice timing btw, with Assetto Corsa EVO right around the corner.

I’ve been thinking of getting a Coffee Racer for my bedroom, not sure if it’s worth the splurge.

Has anyone here tried their products?

Not tried it but remember seeing videos about it. Main thing that seemed off-putting is the seating position, does not look comfortable to get in and out of and maybe not the best angle to use the pedals too. It seems quite solid apart from seat mount but it is quite heavy too. Do they even ship to where you are?

There doesn't seem to be an alternative if you are going for the discreet look yet unless it is a DIY. If you have space to store away a foldable, then that could be an option. There is a new one called GT Omega SPRINT but not sure if they offer shipping to where you are but probably easier to get that forwarded on than something like a CoffeeRacer.

Hah, I saw you post this over on Malone’s discord server. Really didn’t think there would be any crossover between these communities!

How do you like the 32’s over the 27” monitors? I’m considering upgrading from my single 43” ultrawide, I’m a little limited on space but willing to give up that space if it’s significantly better.

100%.
If you have the space and can afford it, do it! Always had some regret I didnt went for triple 32” immediately instead of triple 27”.

It’s much more immersive. You feel more “in the car”.

Thanks! I was concerned I would regret going with triple 27”. Time to start re-arranging my sim room to make it work!

Exactly which model are those LG Ultragear monitors? Are you planning to get the bezel free kit as well?
I've been looking for some thin bezeled monitors that don't cost an arm and a leg.

LG UltraGear 32GR75Q-B

I have the bezel kit laying around.. but in reality I find the bezel kit more annoying than the bezels themself haha.

Oh ok, even with the 32 inch adapter?

Thank you Chad for the best list I have ever seen regarding the sim racing enviroment. Not just info on sim rigs but the whole eco system, truly outstanding.
The existence of this list id so more advanced than this 10 year old thread. I am in the market for a DDU and you list has now given me a start with many vendors listed.

Perhaps I've missed it but yes you don't have Sabalt on the list who make rims and rigs.

Did some adjustments the last couple of days.

Added these components:
  • Sim-Lab SQ1 Sequential Shift (including optional Track Pack)
  • Sim-Lab XB1 Loadcell Handbrake
  • ASUS Bezel Free Kit

The price is a bit of a pisstake to be honest - most of these changes should have been rolled into a Challenge X 2.0 and charged $50 more. On the flip side, it won't be long until we see knock-offs on AliExpress...

Finally a decent foldable with support for the latest wheels.

100 quid for the F1 sticker, bargain.

Tempted by the new Logitech RS50 wheel and pedals, especially if I can mount them on the new Playseat Challenge DD!

Has anyone on here bought the RS50? I’m curious how you rate the load cell pedals?

Also, does the Challenge DD take up more space folded or unfolded than the regular Challenge?

Thanks!
