Wheel, weight, FFB

Guys, can you please help me? I'm using the Simagic Alpha Ultimate with Simagic FX Pro wheel, but I'd like to replace the wheel with Bavarian Simtec Omega Pro v2. The Bavarian is much lighter than the FX Pro. 1750g, vs. 1250g, both without the QR. Does the weight affects the FFB, with exactly the same settings ? Thank you in advance
