I'm only lvl 16 and I was curious if any new wheels and/or mods open up as you get farther in the game. Also is there a way to turn a standard car to a premium? I bought myself a used Z32 Fairlady and I'm a little upset I can't change or paint the wheels. And lastly, any1 know why they don't allow you to force induct an '07 BMW M3?
