I've noticed this in GT Auto. If you hover over the wheels thingy, it says "you cannot change the wheels on a Standard Model", yet standards can have their wheels changed. Why does it say that?
Well there was a time that standards could not have their wheels changed, it's possible that this just made its way through all these patches without anyone noticing. I know that I certainly didn't.
