when or how do you unlock the endurance races

I just started doing some remote b spec races and was wondering when longer races are unlocked

When you complete the last series last event. Or when you are level 25. I can't remember now
Then one endurance race is unlocked. Yes, one endurance race.

Level 25 Grand Valley 300km
Level 26 Tsukuba 4 hour (Mazda MX5 Roadster only)
Level 27 Laguna Seca 200 miles (90 laps)
Level 28 Indianapolis Motor Speedway 500 miles (200 laps)
Level 30 Suzuka 1000km (172 laps)
Level 32 Nurburgring 4 hours
Level 33 Tsukuba 9 hours
Level 35 Le Mans 24 hours
Level 40 Nurburgring 24 hours
Races respective of your level in A or B spec not universal like the Vettel challange..

To speed up the process create a few new drivers, and share them so your friends that are running remote races can race them, and help you raise you B-Spec level. On one of my other accounts I started with one driver, and after a couple of days of remote racing I went from lvl 0 to lvl 18 without running one B-Spec race on that account.
