Hey you know how you can have your engine w/ like 1800hp, but when it reaches a certain rpm/speed it just can't get higher and it fluctuates around? What is that!?

My Escudo is souped up to 1900hp but it cant climb above 207mph!

That's an RPM limiter, it's built into many high performance cars to keep them from blowing the engine.
The escudo is much faster than that, you need to tweak the setting before a race. Set the gear ratio to "wide"
