I used a 15 day trial of Ulead Gif Animatior 5, but that ran out so now I use the free Microsoft Gif Animator. Ulead is pretty good, but costs over $40. I still havent figured out how to animate with ImageReady, any good tutorials out there?

That's strange. You can't afford Ulead GIF Animator which costs $40, yet you can afford Photoshop which costs like $1200AU. Hmmmm....
Anyway, to animate with ImageReady you use layers. Put all your animation frames on seperate layers, then create a new frame in the timeline and select the layers you wish to be visible in that frame.
