Where can I Get GTurismo Decals?

If you can provide dimensions for the decal , and give a reasonable guide picture, your local paint shop could probably do the job.

Why do you want GT logos all over your car? They don't add any horsepower.

^GT is actually something worth advertising at least, unlike APC or any crap similar to that. I have a few GT4 bumper stickers, but I hate bumper stickers and probably won't actually put one on my car.

Advertising? People get paid to advertise. Sony isn't paying you for ****, he's just ricing out his car.

I know, but you can also advertise something that you enjoy, but yeah, it is more or less rice, I'm just saying it's much better than putting APC on your car..at least GT is good.

I want a gran turismo sticker on my car. I hear these decals add at least 10hp.

So any places that sell these?

Yea, last resort I'll just have it customized but always cheaper if there are some already.

There was a graphics company I seen in a magazine in which their logo looked very similar to the Gran Turismo logo, but it was some other graphics company bearing the initials GT. Bad news is, I don't know who. So, I'm sorry. And as far as "stickers add HP" and the "...he's just ricing out his car...," let's not go that way. I mean, he likes the GT series, so however he chooses to do it, even if he touches vinyl graphics, let him. The other day, I seen a Civic hatchback with rather ugly stickers on his ride, but I think if STi wants to do so, take advice from trEVO and Jalpa.

And if you have any further questions that I might be able to answer, STi, go ahead. Have a great weekend.

Nah I reacon that it would be good to have the odd GT sticker somewhere on the car (not too many!!!) It would look quite cool to have the "GT" logo (not the wordy one) on the side like a ghosted silver sticker, maybe like the ones that run down the side of the car under the wing mirror......... :D

Just look how sweet the GT logo looks on some cars which it is advertised on (like in motorsport).....

robin is correct. There will not be too many stickers on this car, a couple at most. And I want the Gran Turismo to be one of them. I found this on ebay. This is exactly what I want except that it is waaay too large (4.5"x7") it would everwhelm the car. I need something half that size and emailed the guy who makes them. I will post pics of my car if I ever get this sticker.

And thanks for all your help.

Perhaps depending upon the surface and materials of the stickers they could actually improve aerodynamic efficiency - remember the swimming suits used at the Olympics and most high level championship competitions these days? Modelled off shark skin I think they were with dimples to improve water flow - maybe something similar could be achievable via stickers.

Just a thought.

Good luck getting an appropriate sticker for your car, let us know how it goes.

Hmmmm..... is STI's car amphibious i thought we were travelling through air,not water? :sly:
Seriously though i think GT stickers could look pretty good. Worst thing is seeing a Type R logo on a non Honda, as long as stickers dont go overboard or try to fake something (like yesterday i saw a standard Audi A4 estate with an RS4 badge on it that'd probably been bought off EBAY) they can look alright.
If you get it done try and post a pic.

Technically you're travelling through at least part water (most of the time), and there's still a resistance factor, but I'm just being an ass.

I know this has NOTHING to do with the thread........but.....talking about water and cars......hmmm got me thinking, I wonder if the Gibbs Aquada will be in GT4......they could have a 2 car water race around venice (remeber that hack vid of the cars going around on the water!).....also IT HAS WHEELS!! so it could race in normal races.

Also in the Prologue end video they had a clip of a french amphibious car that they were testing (an old one).....hmmm, I smell somthing fishy!!!

Sorry if this post has annoyed anyone cos of going off the topic abit.....but if I made a post about it i'd probably get shot!!!........so

Robin :D

That'd certainly be fun but i cant imagine a water race in GT. If we dont get the Aquada we can always just drive around a wet track in one of the new (ugly :yuck: ) MX-5's/ Miata's and pretend. (i'd take an old pop up light version anyday :) )

Even if water races don't make it in... or even a giant puddle for that matter!!

It would be interesting to actually have this car in the game anyway... especially as only people that are mega rich (Richard Branson etc) have bought/can afford one then it would fit the mould of dream car that GT tends to encapsulate!!

I wish sony would make those sunscreen-things (those that you pull down) people put on the back seats to cover sunlight with a GT logo on it.. Or maybe a small pillow that looks like one( or is that too cute?) Or maybe a air refresher that looks like one....... GT seat covers? GT logo'd steeringwheels? (I think I'm going to far. :dopey: )

I'd personally like a small GT logo for my car. Just a small one, maybe an inch, inch and a half, tall, so it wouldn't look out of place with the parts, event, and magazine stickers on my rear seat window.

In one of the movies on the making of GT4 disc (that came with GT4:P) at one stage they show 4 guys (1 of the KY) sitting in and driving off in a amphibious car (not the same one a older one), I would take a screen shot but this computer doesnt let me take screenies of movies.
